At The Couture Baker, quality and freshness are our top priority. We partner with reputable shipping companies for timely delivery. However, once our products leave our premises, we cannot control the shipping process.

 

Order Processing & Payment Terms

- Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

- If payment is not received within 48 hours of placing your order, it will be cancelled.

Raksha Bandhan Shipping Schedule

- All Raksha Bandhan orders will be dispatched for delivery on 26 & 27 August 2026.

- We are happy to accommodate early delivery/collection requests, provided they are arranged in advance and subject to production availability.

- Deliveries after 27 August 2026 will not be accommodated, as our Raksha Bandhan collection is produced exclusively for the festive period.

Important Considerations

- We package sweetmeats in temperature-controlled environments for optimal freshness.

- Overnight delivery minimizes transit time, but delays may occur.

- Refrigerate products immediately upon delivery to maintain quality.

- We are not liable for damage or deterioration due to shipping issues, handling, or storage.

Customer Responsibilities

- Provide accurate shipping information.

- Receive and refrigerate products promptly.

Liability

- Shipping is at the customer's risk.

- Our liability ceases upon handing over products to the shipping company.

- File claims for damage or loss directly with the shipping company.
